You could very well be on to something.

So that all the other Massachusetts players know what we are talking about. You indicated that Root Sum (6) falls more in YOUR state game than the root sum (1) you were tracking.

In today's game as you indicated the winning number was 3-8-4-0, which is in fact a Root Sum (6) number, if you add the digit until you get a single digit that would be the root sum (3+8+4+0 = 15 [1+5 = 6]).

How to Play my Pick-4 System

Step-1

From the Table I numbers listed convert the numbers to Root Sum numbers; you do this by adding up the values of each digit until you get a single digit number. Example:
