			<description><![CDATA[<p>The program is made to single out the product of the two widths. I used 0-9 for the third digit. I knew I would get many questions about +111 etc. so I stated it could be used if you wish. But, the main program is just the multiplication of the widths. In backtesting I found some states had a hit the next draw and other 2 to 5 draws later. Put in order from low to high.<br /><br />3 5 5 2<br /><br />1 3 7 6<br /><br />I taking the difference or width from the lowest to the highest digit. Two and six in this example. Now I multiply the resulting widths 2*6=12. Now I use the 12 and mirror to 67 and use in a +111 rundowns.
