			<description><![CDATA[<p>Provide scratch ticket sales and prizes remaining data for states that provide it.<br /><br />Similar to post:<br /><br />https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/250725/2887930<br /><br />Also, you could add whether or not a state provides scratch data, and to what level, on the State Lottery Report Card. Some only provide Top prizes. Some like CA recently added daily updates at each prize tier. That would be top rating. Those that only show the top prizes remaining but not other lower level prizes would be rated lower.</p>]]></description>
