Okay for me, before I buy one, I take a look on the back on the ticket and look for distinguishing marks on the edges of the ticket. Like an L shaped pattern in the corner edge. Hope that helps some.

Here in PA it is even more obvious. I have OVER $4000.00 in LOSING $5, $10, and $20 tickets. Now I have had three $500's and one $1000 winners in there along with a lot of $50's but NONE of these winnerrs had the number 24 on them. I have already bought the last 11 tickets on a roll of $20 scratch offs and the LAST one was a $50 winner. $220 out, $50 in.

EVERY ticket but the last one had the number 24 somewhere on it and 9 oput of those 11 had some combination of the numbers 1..6..14 to go al... [ More ]

Here's our pattern. When you see 1,2,4 or 21,22,24 on the bottom, your top numbers will be a 3 or 23. I can tell its a loser right away.
