Just trying to figure out how you come up with these numbers. I see all but one (8099) have been pulled from AR, GA, OR, IN, TX, DC, WV, MI, NJ, NC, AND TN. Is there a system behind this or are those the states that will usually throw a number in another state?

By the way I played 3 of those numbers in all states! Yes 8099 is one of them!

For the budget conscious player. I will keep this list at the most 15 numbers. As always, please use with your favorite systems/methods or compare against the predictions of the great posters on this site to get that warm fuzzy about a number(s) you want to play for your state. Please keep in mind that as with all games of chance, my numbers might hit and sometimes they won't. It's just the reality of lottery play.
