I use quick picks very seldomly. I do play my own numbers but I can't do it in advance because I select new ones each day and they are based on a formula I use from the previous night's draw. Although that is very good advice for those who have a certain set of numbers they play on a regular basis.

i just wondering if you stop in the store and get a quick pick when you play?

the reason i ask is because if you are playing your own numbers you might want to run them for days @ at time that's what i do..usually 14days then i don't have to worry about them..

Here's the kind of luck I've had this month. I play the Palmetto Cash 5 quite regularly. This lottery has seems to average about 1 to 2 winners every 2 to 3 months. The first night I skipped playing this month, they had a winner. Why do you keep doing it then? i would think your torturing yourself. I dont know iv about given up on little lotto in Illinois, played every day for the past 2 years and thought its only 5 fricking numbers why cant i get it right? lol but there are so many numbers between 1 and 39 its just luck I think if you do get it. That is not what I call being unlucky ...that is merely the experience of majority of lottery players. The lottery does not exist to produce a lot of jackpot winners just like companies do not exist merely to provide a job for people.

I just checked my PB ticket numbers I picked and I really seem to unconsciously avoid prime numbers...lol and I lean towards even numbers. Need to fix that habit! I learned something today

Must be a whole lot of 'unlucky' players.

Jimmy4164 started a thread in Mathematics about the powerplay option.

In that thread he posted a link to a site where you can run tickets. I ran 2,000 and never showed more than 3 numbers hit.

Change your strategy! I have been getting 3-5 numbers on hot lotto and decades of dollars the past few weeks (once on PB not too long ago also) BUT I am one number removed (1 up or 1 down) for all of them. Now I am feeling unlucky...lol. Although the I-chipster would say I am on the lottery radar so that is why I am missing them by one. I have been supplementing my few numbers by #s from the RNG.

For the Feb. 4 DOD drawing I had 18, 27, 28, 35, 40, 44

Can you believe the cash 5 jackpot for Pennsylvania for tonight is $1,500,000? Too bad I dont live over there. I too like playing cash 5/Mass Cash. I have hit 3 numbers for a $10 prize once. I like that in MA if you match the 5 numbers with your multiple tickets you win in all those multiple tickets. Good Luck

Hello fellow carolinian....I only play that cash 5 when it gets over 200,000....but I've never gotten more than a $1 win....so dont feel bad at all...Ive had more luck with PB and MM...but still no jackpot win....Always wanting to be NC's next big winner....Good luck to ya and keep trying

I play the Powerball and NC Cash five every day, sometime if the pot is large I play more than one number. I have an Excel sheet where I enter todays picked number then the next days and next days Where I have a total list of 154 days of numbers. At the top of the list I can enter the winning numbers and if that number matches the same number in that column it places a 1 in a column on the right, it does the same for the numbers in the 2nd thru PB column, it also adds all the 1 s and the PB to s...
