Group tells New Jersey regulators to reject PokerStars application

The American Gaming Association said online gaming giant PokerStars had been a criminal enterprise for many years and New Jersey gaming regulators should reject the company's application to operate a failing Atlantic City casino.

Interactive gaming bill clears state Assembly, Senate

A bill allowing the state to get into the business of interactive gaming sailed through the Legislature on Thursday as Nevada rushed to get a jump on other states in the online poker business.

New Jersey - Internet Gambling

Looks like Internet Gambling will be a reality in New Jersey. Even though Gov. Christie vetoed the measure last week he sent his recommendations and from all accounts it looks like it will be signed by the end of this month February.

Internet gambling will only include Casino games not lottery games.
