I don't get upset- infact if l played $20.00 and showed nothing as a return investment on my 20.... l play less, like $5.00 on my next go round. I also tell myself that others are losing much more than l am to cigarettes alcohol. .it lessens the pain so tospeak.

If you're talking about P3 then I can sympathize to a certain degree.

This place can get kind of intimidating with all the 'online' wins so don't gauge yourself as a player based on what goes on around here.Some lie about their wins...some spend 50 to win 37 bucks and some just have the most awesomest luck you can't help but envy.

The win will come with patience...just don't get into the mindset that winning everyday is plausible.

Jack Daniels works for me. The issue for me is the NUMBER of times it has happened. I didn't start getting angry until it broke double digits. It is now over 20 times in 2 years. Again the odds are not possible.

I now use the anger as motiviation.

I only get angry when STRANGE things happen that REALLY shouldn't. For example I am after a number and play it for a while, and the ONE time I am UNABLE to get tickets (sick/busy) it comes out!!!! The first time this happened years ago I didn't think ANYTHING of it. But it has happened SOOOOO many times now its NOT funny anymore - its sickening.

Why not ask some of these players you're seeing win so easily what they are doing different than you. Could be they have played for years and finally got lucky or they spend a lot more on tickets than you.

Last year I matched four with MM and the clerk got excited and said I had the biggest winners she had ever cash since she started working there six months earlier. That surprised me because they sold a lot of tickets and I figured that big winners were coming in all the time.

I've never gotten even remotely angry after losing. The only time I actually feel anything about the loss is when the jackpot was won and that's only because the next draw will be the rollover amount.

I usually just say - or think - 'dang it' and then go on about my day and start thinking about the next draw.

I have been playing since 1996 so I don't get too mad when I don't win. It can be frustrating to see a losing ticket but I just brush it off and go buy another ticket the next day for the next drawing. I certainly do. When I lose, I just see red I can feel my blood start to boil. Especially when I see how easy it is for others to win!

Sometimes I just want to go into a rage break something, but I eventually calm down.
