I think that the lotteries probably are not intentionally rigged.

I can see that the lottery people probably know where the good scratchers tickets are at ... and may be able to send them where they want ... like to parts of the state that haven't had enough winners, etc. If that is considered being rigged , then yes, it is.

Funny story...

When I was a kid ... probably around 10 or so, Mom Dad bought a Kreskin's ESP game from a rummage sale for us kids ... a Milton Bradley game, if I remember correctly. It had several ESP stuff to do ... One of the things was this board with letters and numbers, and a little pendulum on a chain. I figured out pretty early that you could so slightly move the pendulum to make it say whatever you wanted.

I promise you I am not making this up, but when I first joined, I'd read where an LP poster was actually asking about buying a used lottery machine so he could analyze the way the balls are drawn to perhaps predict future drawings...Think i'll start looking around for one of these machines myself.....think I'll place it in my laundry room where it could become multi versatile. Why is it so OUTRAGEOUS to think that where there is LARGE sums of money (cash specifically) involved,

I'm so glad that where I live here in the Bahamas it doesn't snow - I don't like snow either. We get some cold weather now and again and I heard we even got hail a couple a times, but no snow as far as I know. Beautiful weather here, warm during the day and cool in the evenings at this time of year. Summer heat though is a bitch. I guess ya can't have it all
