I read in USA Today not too long ago that some cars already have them

And that they have been used in some insurance cases , etc. , in the past

Example : I was only going 45 mph when I came to that intersection ( no......the box says you were doing 75 mph ) and that you never touched a brake

They rescan theirselves every so many seconds or minutes if I remember correct from the article

I doubt they would back date any new laws to things people said or did before the effective date. After the effective date I would abide by the new law of the land. I gotta stay away from the prison industrial complex o_O

In my opinion it's layered and tricky because it fans out to include everyone on the internet whose content is available in Illinois. Kind of like going after out of country online casino owners (who allow US players) when they visit the US. Site owners would have to accept being an illegal actor in Illinois or pretty much dump all their unverified posted content or find a way to only show certain content to Illinois residents based on their ISP address.

Some idiot I was arguing with on another site found out my real name even though I never revealed it, and opened an account on FB impersonating me while asking to be friends with everyone I was friends with. But that wasn't the worst part. This person went as far as writing material that was so vile, disgusting in nature and untrue to get back at me, that I can't even repeat here, and anyone I was friends with was able to see this if they were onlin... Nope. I have Facebook and twitter but they're not even my real name, used only to sign on to other sites where I can easily make comments.

YouTube uses my real name but I don't upload or comment so it's not an issue, not to mention when I did have an account I uploaded with it was under my full name anyways.

A new bill proposed in the Illinois legislature looks to completely wipe out any form of anonymity on the internet by requiring that the operators of basically any website on the entire internet take down any comment that isn't attached to an IP, address, and real name-verified poster.
