DR M.,

1st of all I think you meant to say all RIGHT digits less than or equal to 5. (Otherwise I am from a backwards world - you did color all the RIGHT digits).

2nd - 3/5ths of all Powerball #'s (1-59) have RIGHT #'s less than of equal to 5 (35 out of 59), 2/5ths have RIGHT digits greater than 5 (24 out of 59). So Over time more #'s with the RIGHT digit less than or equal to 5 will show up.

An interesting observation nonetheless.
