Back in the stone age when race tracks went from tote machines to computers, some tracks offered self betting terminals. Today most tracks now have them to speed up off track betting. It really makes good business sense for the casinos with limited space for a Keno Lounge.

And now that Nevada has Internet gaming, Keno players can bet from their homes.

Gaming Arts LLC has developed EZ Keno Kiosk that allows players to process their own keno tickets.

Conventional casino format represented high overhead to operate in terms of employees square footage dedicated to keno (current in casino magt thinking)
