Yes it is...but it was stupid to post the thing they did and make me call them stupid for it.......as for attractting wasps with honey....it was more like my flies were attracted to the bull-blank they were spewing..

In Ohio there have been cases of stores accepting payments for lottery tickets with other than cash but when they didn't get their money the courts couldn't help them since they were suppose to only accept cash.

lol Well Helpmewin I am off today due to the snow but I use cash to buy my tickets since I have a job. Is this guy still unemployed and posting insults all day long? If he only knew how often he was the topic of PM conversations (as someone mentioned before) between groups of people. And being on a list is not putting money in his pocket? I assume that is correct so perhaps he should try getting a job. He definitely is the least liked person on LP.

In Oklahoma you can only pay with cash, however when we go to Texas there are several stores there that take debit.

I always use cash for gambling,

lottery, football, horses. Cash when I go fishing too.

I don't play casinos.

Everything else goes on the credit card.

It's the same deal in New Hampshire. The retailers are supposed to operate on a cash only basis, but I do frequent a store in Portsmouth 4-5 times per week and they let me pay for my tickets by credit card if I so choose. I guess being a regular has its privileges, lol.

My store allows cash back on debit cards which is why I end up buying $1 choco bars several times so I can play lottery and scratch offs. Otherwise, my store takes only cash. I have seen 1 case however when a heavy scratch player paid with an Amex on his tab. But I'm guessing he was a regular at that store.

I rarely carry cash with me anymore and there are 2 gas stations in my area that will take debit cards for payment of any lottery sales as well as cash....So I can only go to those two stores and their chains....Do you all have the same restrictions where you live?? Or can you use your debit card at any gas station for lottery purchases....I mean I know why they do it, but Im wondering if anyone else anywhere else has the same problem
