There are many stories about a pool being sued by former and part time players after the pool won a jackpot, but I've never read where a pool was sued after winning minor secondary prizes.

I like lottery polls and rules.

I think the more rules the better. If you are taking a poll, my vote is for non-stop, unlimited and very restrictive rules.

hehehe yeah he mispelt pools,. good plan as an office pool its sounding over complicated,. i run my family one like this. account has about $460 in it now. and regular payments go in ea month. straight to the bank account. if someone cant pay, its not a real prob, but i do keep accounts of the money owed. and make sure we all get back to even balances.

Soo many times is been a big issue about money distribution. May be all participants should sign a legal document about the rules involve. Rules need to be spelled out .. for example rule one says that every week participant must contribute $10 so the next week for some reason or exuse and you don't bring your $10 and the prize is won you get $0 .. What do you think ? fair or not fair ? thanks for your responses ..
