			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t even remember how I came up with this its been so long ago, but I gave each number a three digit value, and used them to make my stacks for pick 3. Like all methods, it works some of the time and some time not so much. Use it with your own system would be best. Also, try and stack the last three or four draws, find the last number that fell and see what is around it. Here goes. Back test and see how it works in your state.
