			<description><![CDATA[<p>CA has the pack number (Ticket ID) on both the front and the back.<br /><br />Question is, why would they choose to NOT print it on the front? From what I have observed, the more mature lotteries on the East coast are sneakier in their scratch manufacture than some of us other states. I use the pack number in part of my determination of which tickets to buy that day. So by not printing it on the front, it would make it more difficult if you have to ask the clerk to turn the ticket over and read the back... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/258152/2972867">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Have you noticed that some states don&#x27;t have ticket ID with their scratch off?<br /><br />Ticket ID is the first 6 digit numbers printed on the ticket that can be seen without scratching the ticket, just before the dash.<br /><br />This Florida ticket has no ticket ID (all pictures copied from other members)<br /><br />but this California ticket has a ticket ID (120075)<br /><br />Why is that</p>]]></description>
