			<description><![CDATA[<p>The latest Michigan $10 raffle has a virtually unlimited number of tickets.<br /><br />How many tickets do you buy?<br /><br />If you buy one, and it was going to win, and then buy another one and change the number of tickets in the pool so that you then lose then you have wasted your money.<br /><br />So how many tickets do you buy when the number of tickets is virtually unlimited?<br /><br />The question is easier when the number of tickets is limited but we are talking the latest Michigan raffle here.</p>]]></description>
