I'm actually considering buying my tickets in DC or MD. I think in one of those you can form a trust to claim your prize. In VA, no such luck.

An average cow gets approximately 200 miles to the bucket of grain feed.

First of all, are you really serious about moving to our great state.

Chocolate milk is no problem.

Calling our cows black however sounds very racist, and that is a BIG problem.

It might be time to move to a another state, which has a more reliable website.

NH has an extremely reliable lottery site.

As an added incentive, every new resident is given twelve chickens and two cows, to assure their egg and milk supplies.

Hurry though, supplies are limited.
