			<description><![CDATA[<p>$3M AT is the lowest I could go to retire and live somewhat comfortably.<br /><br />$99 M after taxes tithe does get me much more comfort though...<br /><br />- $10M House on the beach<br /><br />- $20M TF for kiddo<br /><br />- $10M for 5 large bank accounts, new furnishings for new house, couple of nice vehicles a vacation or 2.<br /><br />- $10M in Dividend Aristocrats<br /><br />- $50M in tax free munis @ 4.5% (or better) which genrates $2.25M/yr tax free.
