			<description><![CDATA[<p>To get all combinations of any numbers you want for Pick 3, Pick 4, or Quinto, use Lottery Post&#x27;s Positional Wheel Generator: https://www.lotterypost.com/wheel/positional.<br /><br />However, your list contains all the digits 1-9 (only excluding 0). So my guess is that you don&#x27;t want a wheel, but you are looking for something else. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Sounds like you could use a copy of Maybells QuikWheel which was a program from the old Maybells lottery website that could generate all the possible combinations of 3-6 using any pool of numbers. The website went out of business a few years ago but the website Lotto Logix ran by LP member BobP has a copy of it that you can download.</p>]]></description>
