To get all combinations of any numbers you want for Pick 3, Pick 4, or Quinto, use Lottery Post's Positional Wheel Generator: https://www.lotterypost.com/wheel/positional.

However, your list contains all the digits 1-9 (only excluding 0). So my guess is that you don't want a wheel, but you are looking for something else. Otherwise you'd end up with a list of 729 combinations, and I don't think that's what you want.

Sounds like you could use a copy of Maybells QuikWheel which was a program from the old Maybells lottery website that could generate all the possible combinations of 3-6 using any pool of numbers. The website went out of business a few years ago but the website Lotto Logix ran by LP member BobP has a copy of it that you can download.

You input number and it gives you combinations?
