			<description><![CDATA[<p>It seems too much hassle for the lottery and for the winners to handle a weekly check. Not to mention the risk of losing the check in the mail every time they send it. And currently in CA, there is no option to transfer the money electronically.<br /><br />It would be much better if the winners get an annual check. Once per year on the anniversary of their winning.</p>]]></description>
