How to best use the Wheel. Do your own work outs to determine which number(s) are likely to fall in YOUR state game. Once you get those numbbers match them against this list to see which numbers match exactly and play those number in your state game.

Thanks for the post. Which track are you on, perhaps if I knew a little more I could point you in the right direction. I suggest that players use their astrological birth sign numbers each day to play along with some of the Hot-Pick-3's that my system generates daily. Subscirbers would know which numbers daily are the Hot Pick-3's, others can simply pick a few numbers out of the TEN (10) that we publish and hope they pick one.

Target Play Due States - the best states to play my numbers in, but not the only states to play.

These are the states that I track closely each day and have the most individuals playing in. The Target Play Due States are; California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois/Iowa, Mew Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Tri-States.
