Lustig doesn't have a true 'method', just a bunch of 'tips' we already know. He came out with his book in 2010 and we haven't heard anything from him since. I would think if his system was truly a workable system, he would be a 10 or 12 time winner today.

I guess Lustigs 'system' doesn't even work for Lustig.

We used to have 6+C/42 for 50 cents, the jackpot often was over a million. Now we have 6+C/45, 1 euro/combination (1.30 USD), last jackpot was around 770 000 only. 5/6 was 197 euro two drawings ago. The payout got worse. The other option is keno and there it also doesn't pay a fortune unless it is a jackpot. Pick 3 isn't worth it, if you want to gamble 50% of the odds, you better go to a casino and bet red or black at roulette. Euromillions is 2 euros, that's 2.61 USD for a combination.... [ More ]

Well man, I envy you. That 10k I won, I saw $7500 of it. Much to my surprise, anything over $5,000 is auto taxed at 25%. Not to mention we have no online lottery stateside. There was some online gambling in the form of cards that was leagal awhile back but they shut that down as well. I'm nowhere near anything that is legal gambling, beyond the lottery (which is taxed to hell).

I knew about the taxes, think I saw it in a vid too. It seems logical as you get taxed there on your wins. We don't. When I won 1666 euros, that was net cash tax free. Talking about wiring, the money was on my account immediately! I didn't even know that this was possible.

We have online lottery, they also offer scratchers and equal snips.

I don't remember much about the testimonials. I tend to not pay much attention to those for anything lottery based... I do remember reading about second chance lotteries. I think he mentioned that was one of his wins. Florida has a scratch off (maybe more than one) right now. Where you have to go online and enter your ticket info and it could be a winner even though the scratch off portion didn't hit. The introduction was pretty standard. I'm with tvpventures, I don't really want to discuss it by chapters but if you'd like to, I'll give it a shot. Keep in mind that I gave it away (and I don't have the best memory). Basically, I remember three points...

1) If buying scratch-offs, buy the same kind

2) Be curtious to the clerk, don't come during heavy hours

3) You have better luck playing the same set(s) over and over vs. changing them up frequently

Yes, and we did read it not because we only expect winning systems but also by curiosity along too. Both.And then we just share our opinions here, because the person who was asking and make this thread was asking straight questions: How is his methobd? Is it working, really? Look at the forst post on this thread.

And most of us responded there is no method, just the tips how to play.

I'm afraid I'm not following you at all. People advertise any number of winning systems. Don't get me wrong, I'm a realist, I don't expect anything to be 100%, regardless of the claims. The thread was started about the book. Having bought and read it, I gave my perspective. Nothing more, nothing less. Feel free to take it with a grain of salt. It's only my opinion.

Sadly, he didn't put any method in his book that will help you win. No, I think that he had a lucky streak with his first two or three wins which afforded him to purchase even more tickets. Eventually his large expenditures brought on more wins.

If this is true, Lustig should be ashamed of himself for luring and charging for his books claiming he had some special knowledge to win more often, when the only secret was buying a lot of tickets.

How many rolls of tickets does each game have and how are they distributed to the thousands of lottery retailers in each state?

It's quite easy. Just do a Google search for people selling winning numbers (for any given game like Pick 3, Pick 4, etc.). I would estimate there are a million or two sites with claims like this. It doesn't reall matter which one you choose. When you get tired of paying someone else for losing numbers. Just come back here and get better information for free. Of course, you could be smater than I was and just stay here and not give your money away.

I can only speak to what's in the book. He may or may not have a system. I have no idea. The point is, it's not in the book. There was only one piece of info that I thought was remotely helpful. He pointed out that if you're buying scratch offs, you should get the same ones. i.e. Not buy 2 of these, 3 of those, 5 of this, etc. Stick to one roll. The rub is that I was already doing that...

so if he thinks he is that good and won 7 times why hasn't he won 8 times or 9 times or 20 times or 50 times, trust me hes just trying to sell a book with nothing in it.

read the book reviews on amazon he doesn't say anything to do with his system.

i know a guy that won the colorado lottery 21 times he says he spends close to 1000.00 per week.

heh, I just re-read my post. It does come across extrememly negative... Not the vibe I want to put out. I was just burned by buying a book that didn't offer anything. Seriously, there's a section on not buying tickets at peak times so as not to annoy the checkout person of whatever store you buy tickets from. In addition to not actually having anything about a system, or even anything close to a system, nearly every other page was a full page graphic (on an already small book to begin with). Kud...
