			<description><![CDATA[<p>Don&#x27;t buy it. I use to have it, along with the Panther, and the dirty secret.<br /><br />They&#x27;re good ideas but I noticed the drought periods can last as much as 2 to 3 weeks at times. So you may make money when it&#x27;s sporatically hitting, but then probably lose it all during the dry periods.<br /><br />It&#x27;s basically pair tracking, so it&#x27;s up to you to find the 3rd digit. His solution is to play front, middle and back pairs, if you play in a state that has those options.</p>]]></description>
