Hard to tell with Mega being the cheapest of the two you would think Mega would have the advantage. However the excitement in Cali for PB may draw record #'s.

If MM rolls, will it go to 60m and the same for PB even with California coming on board? Or by some freak of nature even if MM goes up by more than 10m will it happen to match PB with the few extra million Calfornia brings to the pot
