			<description><![CDATA[<p>Probably too busy thinking about the cha ching flowing in from the Powerball Jackpot etc. They have a tendency to get distracted. Like not implementing the PB earlier in 2012 because they were concerned the other lesser jackpots in the State would be overlooked. They could start by getting rid of Daily Derby, its nothing more than an albatross.</p>]]></description>
