Probably too busy thinking about the cha ching flowing in from the Powerball Jackpot etc. They have a tendency to get distracted. Like not implementing the PB earlier in 2012 because they were concerned the other lesser jackpots in the State would be overlooked. They could start by getting rid of Daily Derby, its nothing more than an albatross.

Complain to the lottery customer service link on the bottom of the website.

We know they can be somewhat lackadaisical about prize updates, or could be busy dealing with Powerball launch issues.

April 2nd was the last time CA conducted a draw for their Opt-In to Win promotion but as of today, there is still no winner name announced in their website. What is going on
