Its a matter of perspective. If you played the bonus number 36 on MM games for the past 815 draws you would have had been correct 28 times. On the other hand, if your chosen number was 28 you would have only been correct 9 time. http://www.usamega.com/mega-millions-stats.asp

I don't play many 40's when I pick my own numbers.

It's not like I consciously avoid them though.

Although I'm usually drunk.

So who knows?

I will say this though.

The Universe unveils itself to me when I'm plastered.

On occasion.

The numbers from Lost. Played them for a while, a few of us here did. Was quite a dry spell for me. I think they really are jinxed.
