This is why I wish Oklahoma had a State Lotto game. But yes I would play I usually play 2 lines on Mega with megaply so I would continue to play.

I sometimes see people dropping $60 on the $20 scratchoffs and can't help but wonder how they feel when they realize that they just lost good money.

I never vowed to stay away, but I did vow to cut way back and I've stuck with that. I used to spend $10 or sometimes even $15 when the JPs got high. The most I've spent on a draw after the change is $6. And it takes a higher jackpot for me to spend even that much -- I usually spend just $2.

Ridge- l doubt they think in dimes or quarters when forecasting increases. We have a few bridges in this area as you well know that have tolls. They have alway raised the prices in dollars, never cents or quarters and l think the same mentality that exists when you deal with the lottery. It's probably inevitable.

And the lotteries know that if you build it (offer it) they will come (play).

How many here on LP swore they were done with PB when it went to $2 and $3, and how many of those same people are like sharks in a feeding frenzy when a jackpot gets pumped up

Why can't it be 10% or 25% if one is needed?

Sure, it's easier dealing in whole dollars but we're quite capable of dealing in change too just like we do with everything else we buy.

There is no need for the lotteries to double the price of a ticket.

I feel ripped off every time I buy a PowerBall and I'm sure I'd feel the same if MM was $2. I'd do the same as I do with PowerBall. Cut way back on what I spend, but still buy a ticket for most draws. Gotta be in it to win it.

People will play even if the game was $5 a piece. Think about it, $20 scratchoffs are not that unusual. Some states have $30 scratchoffs
