I suppose you mean idle brained?

When that happens to me, usually I will quit some games. Currently quit pick3/pick4/Powerball/Keno.

Also I will drastically reduce my bet, however difficult that may be.

So If I had been playing 10 dollars and constantly losing, I will reduce to perhaps 5 lines or 3 lines.

This way I try to stretch my intuitive mind a little, and then I try and wait for a good opportunity. (which varies among players)

Relax Elizabeth, that's what we all do most of the time.

The games are designed to make sure you lose almost everytime.

Truth be told, we're all just hoping to get lucky someday.

Whether it's with a Quick Pick or a System or Birthday Numbers - we're all hoping to get lucky.

The extremely high odds is the culprit. You're not alone, millions of tickets lose for that one or more person/s to win the JP in that drawing.

If I don't have clarity on what to play or too many numbers are running through my head then I don't play that day.

Here's a tip though. Be sure you are not afraid to lose a dollar or two versus being overwhelmed with numbers. There are a few occasions where I said I won't bother and my numbers came out.

I think I have figured out how to differentiate between the two.

I have these days where I feel totally adle brained or dumb when it comes to the lottery. I look at numbers to choose and get so puzzled that I don't pick them, because I have lost money doing that in the past;
