			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have the solution.<br /><br />For every draw, have somebody hold a small container with all the numbers, facing upward so everyone can see the numbers(like a container that holds pool balls), then drop them into the machine, then draw ONE TIME. Well, the more they use the machines, the sooner they will fail do to wear and tear. Like the other poster said, it&#x27;s like going out to your car every 15 minutes to start it just to make sure it starts.
