Depends on the game........MD Keno is rigged to make profit, lots of it, they don't lose money on Keno, they always profit. People know this, it is computerized and many people have stopped playing because payouts have been adjusted more in the states favor, more and people play more REAL ball games that are harder to rig like P3 P4 BM5 Read the article here to the end pay extra attention to paragraph 12-13-14.

I don't believe PB or MM are fixed but I don't have as much faith in state games.

Especially certain states.

Especially one state that I've been warned not to mention.

Under threat of forced sexual-reassignment surgery, with certain parts being re-attached where I wouldn't want them.

I have the solution.

For every draw, have somebody hold a small container with all the numbers, facing upward so everyone can see the numbers(like a container that holds pool balls), then drop them into the machine, then draw ONE TIME. Those are the final numbers. Everything shown either on TV or on the state lottery website.

That way nobody can say omg they are cheating.

In a perfect world, you'd have a drawing, a normal one where the host would hit a button to select the first number, then the second and third.

But we don't live in a perfect world.

You're missing the point. I said they purposely disrupt the natural fllow of numbers by interrupting the flow with assumptions, whether those assumptions are right or not doesn't matter, the disruption to the flow was successfull. A ripple throwing a monkey wrench into the picture.

Please correct me, but I don't know which set is being used, and on what rotation schedule. They go out of their way to suppress information, keeping the masses at bay.

Is it to make sure the machine is working properly? Well, the more they use the machines, the sooner they will fail do to wear and tear. Like the other poster said, it's like going out to your car every 15 minutes to start it just to make sure it starts. That starter won't last as long as someone who doesn't do it, so what the lottery is doing makes no sense unless they're purposely trying to make sure patterns don't develop.

Absolutely not. If you're not winning it's because of the odds of the games...that's all. I don't understand it when I read people saying that such and such state CHEATS. How do they cheat? Can you prove it? Just because a same number is drawn a few times in a row? What does that mean really? Same thing happens in roulette or video keno. Last year in one month Kentucky paid out 97% of their Pick-3 ticket sales in prizes and just last week, North Carolina paid out $7.4 million on one Pick-4 drawing. Both of those lotteries are ball drawn, but an RNG could be programmed not to draw heavily played combinations. Triples and Quads always have more than average play, but there are lots of other combos if drawn could cut into the profits.

If you were as seasoned as I am You'd know that randomness can come in clumps, then go back. That's why it's random, anything can happen, no rhyme or reason. It doesn't have to make sense. Bottom line. lol

Seeing the wheel spinning all those balls and the numbers dropping one at a time is as legitimate as it comes.

When the computer simply flashes numbers for a draw- what is that? Who programmed it, how do you know if someone has not been given those numbers ahead of the drawing time

The Ironic part is that I start my car about 15 times a day for work. My starter will stop working sooner than the average person's starter.

The machine could malfunction just as easily on the 1st time as on the 10th time. But then, how often do they

malfunction at all??? Not often enough to warrant all the pre-draws, especially with all the security measures in place. And if

they did malfunction that often, there would be such an uproar about the game being fixed they would be forced to do

something anyway.

Which may be why we have all the pre-draws we have now, which brings us back to my 1st sentence.

Thank You, someone finally gets it.

With all those pre and post tests, aren't they in fact aiding the wear and tear of the machines? If a machine is going to breakdown, it'll break down. But they're speeding up the decay process.

I've wondered how many of my winning numbers showed up in the pre or post tests.
