wait a sec....................... this sounds like a buffet, where skinly people cover for fat people eating so much

so states without A State tax on winnings, cover for the players who are in states where there taxed more. that is STATE TAXES on there prizes,

they say they cover withholding taxes.......... but there diff witholding rates in diff states....................... is my point

now if its only fed rate, its same to everyone paying into prize pool, however they don't say t... [ More ]

They sent out an email to all of the TN VIP Suite members. I logged on to the Tennessee lottery website and it also pops up as an advertisement before their homepage now.

A word of advice Original Bey, wikipedia is not a great source of reference because anybody can edit articles there. Try using newspapers, published books or papers or websites of the companies involved or of federal/ state/ city governments as a source of reference.

I also read about that matrix change and now withholding taxes paid. They put extra flames around that tax part so it must be a new attractive feature of the game.

We don't have it in MA so I go to nearby NH to buy advanced play tickets. The game is not bad and thats why I still play it on and off. But on May 12, 2013 the matrix is changing. When that happens then I will only play if I happen to be in a state that carries it. Right now it mirrors 6/49 games in terms of odds and payouts.
