I would take a two week vacation and return too work as if nothing ever happen. I work at a mall why quit im sure with my new wind fall iwill be spend most of my time at the mall. Why not get paid while I shop.

I work for a really great firm! So, I would continue working long enough to train someone to take my place, then I would cut back to part-time. Then once I felt the new person was fully trained I would resign.

take vacation, collect the cash on a Friday, drive into work on Saturday. Leaves keys etc. etc. and send boss email with YOUTUBE Johnny Paycheck Song(you all know which one it is too) , then be on a plane Sunday - destination(yet to be determined at this time

Small Credit Unions are great but when they get too big they start acting like a BANK and don't care for the members anymore. I have watched that happen a couple of times.

I would wait until I got the check before I did anything. There would be nothing worse than quitting, then finding out there

was a mistake or error of some kind and you didn't win after all... And then having to ask for your job back.

I have a day job and ONLY work to get money. I enjoy the job/work but not the company I work for. I would give them fair notice, and then give them a small book about how they are runing the company wrong.

I have half jokingly said to people I work with, When I win the Powerball I am going to change my phone number and disappear immediately. In order not to raise suspicion I think I would give notice of some sort and TRY to maintain a sense of normalcy. I deal with the public a lot and it would be pretty hard not to tell the occasional jack azz to go fvck off....

If I worked for somebody it would depend on what kinda guy the Boss was.

If he was a jerk I wouldn't even bother notifying him that I quit. He'd just have to wonder what ever happened to me.

If he was a good guy I'd give notice and stay until he got a replacement for me if necessary.
