Do you buy Advance Play?

I can't commit to a set of numbers more than two times in a row although advance play would make my life easier sometimes.I have spent way too many lunch times at my desk at work figuring out my next numbers. Soup and lottery number picking! Now a friend from college and I have a new strategy. She will email me 3 numbers and I will email her 3 for PB and we will play those numbers.Two separate tickets.

I used to buy advance plays when I traveled out of state to play PB or MM but now that they are sold locally I usually buy tickets on the day of the drawing if I'm interested in playing. I never won a prize large enough that required me to make a special trip out of state to a regional office to collect my winnings.

Yep, I have the same set of numbers in play for all multistate jackpot games as well, and always buy them AP at the start of each month. But it is part of an all of the above approach. Advance play or single play? Quick picks or self picks? Same numbers or different numbers? I do all of the above, the shotgun approach, and hopefully something sticks.

So if I'm covering all bases using all the different winning techniques, then that guarantees a win, right

I have a set of my numbers that I play every drawing for PowerBall. I'm afraid if I quit now they will come up. So I'm kinda married to them for life. I do play those with advance play. I never use AP on any other tickets tho.

I only buy Advance Play/Multidraw for State Lotto games in other States like Texas 2 Step and Lotto Texas.

a big jackpot i wont play advance,. just the one draw at a time. but when im feeling good and csh is ieasy ll buy 2 weeks at a time.

I play some of my numbers for a week at a time, but MOST of my numbers I buy that day. Depends on the number/game.

Nope, never have never will. I like my tickets fresh, l generally buy my tickets 2-3 hrs before draw time.The numbers have percolated around in my head and l simply write them down- no retreat no surrender.

Buying tickets way way in advance is like eating cold chicken, its just not the same.

advance play is a good option if I don't want to drive to the store for the next draw but I usually don't use the option. One time I bought a ticket with advance play, on the first drawing the ticket was good for, I hit 3 out of the 5 numbers. I knew those numbers weren't going to hit again on the next drawing and I was right.

I've been buying a month's worth at a time for awhile now and very rarely win anything on those tickets.

I have a lot better luck buying as late as possible on the day of the draw.

Makes ya wonder sometimes.
