Unfortunately that is likely the case. I mean who is gonna turn down a possible huge income stream? With enough lawyers people can almost get anything and get away with anything!

Fortunately no EX for me. I've a loving GF and we're both pretty good about money and keeping things fair and all that so. I cannot see her doing crazy things if I win a lotto JP.

Maybe they will be watching YOU but definitely not me. I wouldn't claim the prize. I would let my wife claim it we have that kind of special relationship. As I said before, she's my soulmate.

It has been 17 years since I got a divorce from my one and only wife. I think she has moved on from me because she has had kids since then so I would hope that if she read that I won the lottery she would be happy for me and leave me alone to my millions.-weshar75

i dont think the ex's are the problem , its easy just to tell them no............. it's all the family members that never giving you anything but crap for spending money on the lottery and now what to help you spend you new found riches ... im going to have a no for them also..lol if i were so lucky to hit in the near future i would set aside some money for my 4 kids ( 2-5 million each) in an account that they could not access till they're 25yrs or until they graduate college so that theyre matu... aka lot of people i slept have moved all over nation, and we just parted ways sense we was not soulmates but sure remained friends etc

if beat trillion odds and i won.............. and somehow word got out i would think they would TRY 100%

Possibly ex-wife... Not for spousal support, but for the child support. It would be higher for me, so I've figured out a plan to be discussed with a lawyer that she would be stupid to refuse.

Either way, throwing some dough in that direction would be wise, as she is the mother of my duaghter, and hasn't done a terrible job. If she were Brooke Mueller, then I would say bite me .
