I think when most people say that, they are negotiating with God for a win and it does not work that way. There is a guy in my office who told me one day (we were discussing charities) and he said he NEVER gives money to charities, only loose change and was very contemptuous to even the idea. I was shocked and asked if he'd never even written a $10 check to a charity and he said no.

Then that last big MM came around and when he did not win, he sulked and said well charities lost a LOT of mon... [ More ]

I would like to go somewhere in winter then decide permanently. Charity, church and paying forward most definately as there is way too much money and responsibility. imo.

I'd definitely give it all away.

Some now, to friends and family, current land owners, building contractors, auto dealerships, etc. Some later, to airlines, resorts, and who knows what. Then I'll give away the rest when I die.
