It would create a lot of buzz if it was predetermined that the money would be distributed. I also think a nationalized pool would create more distribution of wealth. I think people would pay $4 per line instead of $2 in order to share the jackpot with others who paid $4 per line.

We have two multi-million jackpots games and I believe each state lottery/jurisdiction offers both so one of them could create a must win jackpot when the jackpot reaches a certain amount of a certain number of rolls. If nobody wins the jackpot the prize could be redistributed into all the secondary prizes using a pari-mutual formula with each prize having separate prize pools.

Wouldnt you like to see more people win or just one person win is the real question....Me prsonally I always feel better when it's alot of people who win big jackpots like this one...Unless of course it's me who is the winner LOL....
