			<description><![CDATA[<p>I would probably give good friends like 13K each per year as to not trigger any taxes for them. And if they were married with kids maybe 13K each person per year.... Also, I am contemplating starting several new businesses (In the field I am already in and know very well) and I could also employ them at a higher than normal salary.
