			<description><![CDATA[<p>How are the incraments of the jackpots determined? Powerball seems to grow by 10 million untill it gets into the larger jackpots. Are they based on percentage of ticket sales or something else? Hot lotto jackpots seem to crawl at $50,000 each time. For something with 1 in 29 million odds that seems a bit low, but it sells less tickets too.</p>]]></description>

Mega Millions is making a pathetic attempt at it too later this year though, by going to a 5/75 + 1/15 matrix! I don&#x27;t think the new Mega Millions will work though.</p>]]></description>
