Great Question dcf: i have in the past, i'm very Lucky if they get my tickets right half the time i think these cashiers need trained better on the Lottery.

Three years ago we were heading back to Oklahoma hubby wanted to grab one more ticket I was like I'm tired. So he played the oh I'm thirsty routine and grabbed some Lotto Texas low and behold he got 5 out 6 you know you men he likes to remind me that I didn't want to stop so I have to hear about All the time

I always do; I just KNOW if I didn't, someone else would win with the ticket. I don't even get annoyed about it unless the clerk says You didn't say multiplier! or blames it on the machine.

I seem to win more times on them than I loose

Had a friend that bought one mistake ticket many years ago ( I met her many years after it happened )

She won quite a few million dollars off it

I have always bought any mistake ticket I run into after that

The clerks usually let you know if they have any , and/or they will be laying around the counter out in the open for people to see

As a system player every line I buy is intentional, no mistakes for me unless I make out the play slip wrong.

Out in this neck of the woods, people give the clerk their lottery slip and then realize that they left their wallets at home or even worse being under the impression that PB is a dollar a play, they then tell the clerk don't want it, thought it was a buck a play.The ticket is left behind with the clerk holding the bag.

I have noticed recently that the vendors now have a sign saying transactions are final-in other words, show me the money first

So hubby went to play his numbers this evening for Mega he noticed a powerball ticket laying on the register. So he asked the clerk what the deal was, the clerk said it was an error.

So hubby comes to the car and ask me for $4. I gave him the money and he came back with the mistake ticket. When he got back into the car he handed me the ticket and I noticed they were self pick.

We will see tomorrow if it's the Golden ticket
