No frenzys around my way. I went to my lucky giant early today. They only had the new $20 $3 tix.

I got a few of each and lost. I had better luck on these:

Neon 9s tic. No 054 win $90 symbol plus $10 for $100 win.

WOF tic No. 019 2 $50 matches for $100 win.

Pa millionaire club. Tic No. 005 keystone symbol for $250 win.

Lucky horseshoe . Tic No. 141 10 matches of $2 for a $20 win.

I brought home 9 other tickets all of which lost but all told I'm still ahead $370 t... [ More ]

I can confirm tha pack paid $135. Unreal. Another Unreal topic. I got there as she was putting tickets into the bins. I said I woudl wait. Well a few other people came in to play numbers. A guy got (2) of the new $5 tickets. He came back in before I left. the 1st one won $5 and the 2nd won $100. If I wasn't waiting for her to put all the tickets out, it would have been mine. I didn't wait for the $3 and $1 tickets and got my batch and left. Will scratch later and let you know.

Agree and funny you mention the randomization. The $100 winner was 030 and the $50 winner was 029. I have seen too many times with my packs that back half/front half is drastically different in prize amounts. It almost seems like they put better prizes late knowing people will chase. If someone hits $1K on 000 the store owner will sned it back or tell people to avoid that pack, causing the lottery to lose even more money on the pack. I agree with all the comments you made.

Used to be fun but not anymore. That said, I will probably keep buying.

Gave in to tempation and bought 2 $500 Frenzy from 2 different stores yesterday. Won 0 on both.

The second was ticket #000. Told my wife I should just toss in garbage and not even scratch. Proceded to tell her my theory. Sure enough nothing!

Gets pretty bad when you predict what ticket is winner and be almost accurate.

And I had to go out of the area (Pottstown Giant) to get the $50. Otherwise haven't won anything in this area for about a weak. I see many problems:

- Certain numbers do not win (always #051-054 on Frenzy for example)

- Forced unevenness of the rolls (some randomization is natural but not the way we are seeing it)

- Almost all face value winners now

- Same bad rolls going to the same areas/stores

- Odds listed seem like throwing darts and get worse even in the listings

I had 1-$50 winner and I think $1-$15 and 1-$10. That means only 3 tickets in the entire pack was a profit. Pitiful.

good one. That is pretty crummy if not PA needs to have their azzes put through

an investgation on all their dayum games.

Yes and I did get a 2nd roll. It was the only other roll they had unopened. I also got the last 3 of one roll(057-059), 1 off another(012) and then 4 off the 3rd(032-035). Also picked up 4 at Sheetz(012-015) on the way home. Their ATM was down, and she told me to just pay the $15(had $50 on me) when I come back. I hate to owe people money, so I ran down the road to get money to even up with her. No idea when I will play them though, but I figure this will be me going out with a bang and being do... [ More ]

Turns out I missed 2-$5 winners(guess this is what I get for scracting at 2am). That put me to $215. However my total was $235, so that means I missed 2nd matches on some tickets. Man I am bad with that. I have perfect eyes, so I must rush through them.lol $235 is pretty decent return on a pack. Wish I knew where the extra $20 was so I could properly make an Excel file, but I didn't self scan those, just handed them over.

The pack paid back $205 if I didn't miss anything. I am going to chart the pack in Excel and check all the losers with the self scanner. Tickets 030-039 I believe had $145 of the $205. Seems right since everytime I would buy Frenzy or buy in bulk, it seems like a bunch of losers. Guess the packs aren't spread evenly and you need to hope for that hot section. Excellent theory Chris$ and I'm sure you are 100% correct. They can advertise bunches of lower tiered prizes but

it certainly doesn't mean they have to pay them out or distribute them or most of them in the beginning or middle

of the run period or before the top prizes are claimed. Shady SOB's...I do not put anything like that past them.

So with the movie coming on I decide to scratch one more ticket. ticket 030 has 5 matches @$20 a pop for $100. That's more like it. Pack is now paid $145 in $155 worth of tickets. Here is the dilemma. I know I can return the rest of the pack and settle for the $10 loss or keep on scratching. Would hate to give it back and find out there is a $500 winner or something. What is to keep the lottery from doing this? They say it is audited, but is it really? Do they have to prove what they paid vs what is left in the warehouse? If so then they would have to scratch all the old tickets to prove that big prizes were actually printed. Just seems like it could easily be a sham and get away with it,.

16, 000+ $500 prizes left = $8 million.

4 top prizes of $100, 000 left. $400, 000

How much you wanna bet the top prizes are all out to be claimed right now

And a bunch of the $500 prizes will go unclaimed because they will close

The game and save millions on payouts. I think the game is gonna be completely

I had one the other day also. Been really good with my small spendings, but when I went to get the new tickets, I also got a $20 Million $$ Match and then stopped to try 11 more from that Frenzy roll. Spent $100 and only got 2-3 small wins on Frenzy for $20 total. Guess it is ok to do it once in awhile. I goto my dads for dinner on Thursdays, so I may try VFC today if my back loosens up.

I have bought rolls that had 2 big winners in it. A 20x the money roll had a 1k and a $400 winner

Along with other smaller ones. That paid out over $1,500. Its rare but a hot roll is out there.

you should get a whole roll, if nothing else it shows you can have 3 winners in a row and 10-15 losers in a row,the odds ratio is overall

and if I get a decent winner in the pack, there hasn't been another one, not saying it can't happen but if I see someone hit 100 or more I won't buy from that same roll if buying single 3$-5$ tickets

I skipped the roll. I went to giant and was dissapointed they were out of every $5

Ticket. So I played a few neon 9's and hit $500! I bought 022-024 and 024

Had the neon win all in the first spot! Matches of $40 and $20 for every spot.

So after winning that I left with my money instead. I still want a frezy roll

But will prob just keep buying a few at a time. Seems to work out.

I have been tossing the idea around. Just hoping they stick with their $150-$160 return. I can lose $150 nickel and diming, so if I am sure I will only lose $150 as a worse case, I might try one. May sound stupid but I think in the next couple months the $500 prizes are going to be flying out for this game.

It seems like they held a lot of them back. They printed 15 million of those tickets.

I think I'll probably wait until August ,and by roll and see what's in there.

I feel like It needs a little bit of time to cycle some other winners in.

It was great down there. Use to see the wrestlers shopping at the stands while waiting in line.lol Google Earth(the program, not the web plugin) has historical maps. It is cool to see Home depot and then slide it back to the mid 90's to see the Farmers Market and the driving range that use to sit behind it. Ephrata is a good distance, but at least you can get on the turnpike at D-Town and get off at the one past Morgantown and be right there. Speaking of, todays lottery ticket spree was in Morga... I watched Jacka$$/Viva La Bam alot. I still remember watching him and Steve-O on Minute to Win It and then a few days later he was dead. Shame, cause I really liked the Proving Ground Show on G4 and they only got to film 8 episodes. He really seemed like the cool one of the bunch. He seemed to be the one that didn't have to act like a Jacka$$ to actually be funny and seemed like a guy you could sit down and have drinks with and never know he was famous.

the whole ryan dunn thing is a shame. My wife and I knew him. We went to school together.

Nice win on the Dazzler. You mentioned West Chester. After the whole Ryan Dunn thing I thought about going down there to the Wawa(where he was last seen alive) . I dated a girl from WCU and thought it would be cool to drive back down for the memories. Is the Wawa there on RT100 between Exton and West Chester any good? Being cleared to drive but not being cleared to work has me bored and I don't mind making a day trip to pick up a few tickets. I am going stir crazy.haah

Came back from vacation today and over the border from jersey

at a wawa outside philly I bought 10 frenzys and 2 diamond dazzlers.

1 frenzy win out of 10 for $40. And to my suprise on the diamond ticket,

I had the diamond symbol with $50 under each spot for a $1,000 win!

Ticket no. 027 ticket 026 was a dud. I was not expecting that very happy now.

Got some of my vacation money back lol.

This ticket performs, for me, like no other....there is no one out good win - never ever.

I can do it on the $20's all the time, these Frenzy's - no way, no how.

Those stores have paid me alot of bigger winners $500. 1,000.

Mostly right place right time. Im getting a roll soon to check out how it pays.

Tried 1 yesterday and 4 more today. All losers. The 4 today took it to ticket 051. Debated going back for the final 8, but this ticket is a huge waste of money.

I think in 2 days I have more winners total on Wheel of Fortune then I did on Frenzy. A few more WOF hits and the $ amount will be higher too. Frenzy for me was absolute junk. Like someone else said though, everywhere I go, they are sold out. Guess people wanted the $500 hit

at our corner sunoco at front fishers street phila pa they have 6 tickets on the wall 2 have the 500 burst the other 4 matched two numbers with 250 each...................... i cant seem to find one for myself , ive bought about 50 tickets now biggest winner was $50

I swear they have the mind control thing down for this state...maybe it's the colors, maybe it's the ticket names (with

Frenzy, you know what that implies...a winning frenzy) they play with the number arrangement and bring out new

games every month. WHY? I think if they could keep up with it, they'd bring them out every 2 weeks.

I'm not too keen on the instants lately, there is a big change and I'd say it was in the last year or year and a half.

I say if you can get more from the same roll, then I would. Not sure what ticket #'s you got, but you don't want to leave 20 tickets behind with a decent win. I have never seen a $5 pack pay out less than $140 and generally it is $160, so the last 20 tickets should be a profit.

Talked to the owner of the local 7-11 I go to all the time. He said they can't keep enough and people have left if there aren't any.

Boy does the PA lottery have people brain washed lol.

I asked if he ever had a $500 burst winner and he said no. Go figure and they sell alot of tickets.

I have purchased alot of $5 rolls before and will generally see a run of 10 losers. I have never seen a game like Frenzy. I haven;t gotten a roll of them, but I am very curious how it would play out. I have mentioned before that I have seen 8-10 in a row lose alot. Also 1 win out of 16-20 a few times. It does seem like a cluster game. When I win, it will be $20 or $40 and even 1-$100. I never seem to get $5/$10 wins on them. Usually other $5 games, you can buy 10 and generally get 2 maybe 3 winn... [ More ]

I agree! Buy one or two at different places. They stink for me that way but if what you say is true about these things,

then there are BIG stretches of NON WINNERS.

I find the same thing lee....they sell out like crazy and I don't know why? There are a lot of $500 winners in the run

and I think some people that've won that amount already buy them up.

I don't see another ticket selling out at that rate, a lot of place I go, the bins are empty for that ticket.

I've won $50 twice only buying single tickets.

One in a grocery store and one in a Sheetz. Both random buys because I was in the stores at the time.

I really do believe there are good rolls and bad rolls.

I went back later and the machine was empty. Really wanted to try my theory.
