The big games like mm and pb have the worst odds to win. What makes those games harder to win is that they only draw 2x a week making tracking/analyzing numbers very slow. Games that draw everyday it's easier to track/analyze so its easier to win a jackpot or several smaller prizes.

FYI: I spend 25 bucks on PB tickets and just always someone on the east coast that wins it and now know why and folks in this thread explain why it is that way... Dr is a nice lady and I think you might have misunderstood her.

She wasn't crying about anything but rather responding to someone who was.

When she said lucky (unlucky) sucker she meant a person who gets lucky and wins after thinking he was unlucky cuz he lost so much previously, as we all do.

And she advised staying the course with just one ticket if he felt a bigger outlay was just untenable for him.

How do they rig it? It's not like they automatically give you a number like in a raffle. You can choose your own numbers. Even if they rig the balls to match

the lottery official's sister's brother-in-law's aunt's uncle's niece's grandfather's tickets, as long as you pick the same numbers, you'll win, no matter where

Even though RedStang has proven that it does not matter because Cali outsold NY FL I will show you how the time differences affect Californians.

A typical convenience store runs from 7 am to 11 pm. When the California cutoff time arrives, the stores over there will have had a chance to sell tickets for only 12 hours. In MA on the other hand, by the time the cutoff time arrives, 10pm, the stores here will have been selling tickets for 15 hours. A 3 hour advantage for the east coast.

Number 3 makes sense but it does'nt matter. Cali sold 46mill $$ in tickets compared to NY-39/Fla-36. What might be rigged is the final total. They sold alot of tickets so it should be much higher then 590.

It's a game of chance. Texas has not had a PB will despite being one of the most populous states. Why? They still don't play as much as others. We DID just have the legislature dissolve the lottery and then reinstate the lottery in a matter of hours when they realized how much money they collect from players. We can't even get casinos here despite the millions of Texas $$ going to LA OK casinos. Galveston would be such a cool gambling destination, but NOOOOOOOO gambling is EVIL .

1. The east coast is more densely populated than the west coast.

2. East coast residents play the lottery religiously. NY, MA, FL lotteries lead in lottery revenues nationwide.

3. The west coast lotteries stop selling PB tickets at around 7:00pm and most east coast cut off time is 10 pm.
