			<description><![CDATA[<p>I must have misunderstood what you wanted. if you want the result to be 1 then try this formula in cell K1 =if(e1+3 35,1,(e1+3))<br /><br />you can read this as if e1 +3 greater than 35 then display the value 1 otherwise display the sum of e1 + 3<br /><br />you would probably also want the formula in cell k1 adjust the references appropiately</p>]]></description>
