			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello everyone,<br /><br />I&#x27;m having a hard time finding an excel formula to help me count the numbers that are proceeding or following certain numbers. I&#x27;ve done a search found the sumproduct equations use by Carbob for a similar question but that didn&#x27;t work. I&#x27;ve also done an internet search and still haven&#x27;t found my answer.
