I agree and waiting for a larger jackpot doesn't necessarily mean collecting more money if one wins since one has to share the jackpot if there are more than one winning ticket.

A MUSL with jackpot odds of at least 1 in 1 decillion (a number with 30 zeros at the end) should be created.

A game like that would not be too easy to win.

In a random event, anything can happen and winning a jackpot with odds of 1:175M back to back proves that. With MM considering changing their odds to make winning even harder, it seems like they want some insurance that it's less likely to happen to them and I wouldn't be surprised if PB start thinking the same way.

With MM continuing to start their jackpots at $12M, it's unlikely they would be paying out more than they take in unlike PB starting their jackpots at $40M.

Its the first i see dating back to 1/12 and it happened to mm in 12/12. Like rjoh said, i would'nt doubt if they change too. It's a business that has to profit.

To win the PB $40M jackpot there has to be a back to back win. In December of 2012 there were a group of wins every other drawings of $50M jackpot but this was the first back to back or $40M win. With such wins PB is paying out more than it's taking in. A bunch of these type wins and PB might be doing as MM is doing and considering a matrix change too.
