			<description><![CDATA[<p>I did an analysis of Pick4 drawings from NJ Lottery for the past year to date. I imagine it can be typical everywhere else.<br /><br />My results showed:<br /><br />1. 1 of every 2 draws had SUMS which ranged between 17 and 23. In the Pick4 matrix, these had the most combinations.<br /><br />2. The ranges 5-7 and 30-32 which are in the extreme left and right of the Pick4 matrix while having fewer wins had good box prizes because of pairs/trips.
