Dude, try playing your own numbers instead of relying on others to pad your pocket. Do you spend any time doing your own workout? What numbers do you like for NC? JBG is very good, but you should use all feedback from posters and match them up with your workout.....if you even bother doing a workout. I believe you do not but continue to try and cash in from other ppl.
