i think there's a linky in usa mega where you can buy from an advertiser. seems quite pricey, and i have only used them for the spannish el gordo last year.

As far as I'm concerned you can play Powerball while in UK with thelotter,

The thing is, that I'm a resident of UK myself and I want to play Euromillions while in US, but not sure if that would be leagal and will I get my winnings after matching 5 + 2

Well, there are some sites that let you buy tickets but I wouldn't really trust them.

Also, I am not sure of the US law but I don't think you're allowed too either.

I would love to play the Powerball from the UK when it's half a billion or something like that but sadly I can't.
