			<description><![CDATA[<p>As we&#x27;ve seen on the TLC programs about jackpot winners, people of all ages have &#x27;blown it all&#x27;, but I think if a person who is very young wins a jackpot they are much more prone to spend an awful lot of money on stuff that won&#x27;t mean a thing to them as time passes.<br /><br />Tghere was one young guy though, his wife wanted him to get out of the Navy, he won a jackpot and he did, and he was very wise. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>This guy came up with this question based on the fact that some people who do win the lottery when they are ill prepared to handle money end up bankrupt within a few years. It is not brain surgery to ask when do you think you would be ready. Saying give me the money is easy looking through the myopic view of some people who sometimes end up say if only l was mature in choosing well.
