As far as I can tell, pick 3 is the best option you have but its still is one tough cookie. If you come up with 20 combinations of pick 3 boxed (any order) you easily turn a small profit.

I found that if you wheeled 0 2 6 in Missouri Pick3 for the past 3 years, you would have been a consistent winner. So far, 0 2 6 has won 2x and its average is 8x a year for past 3 years.

I plan to analyze NJ Pick4 soon, so if you can wait a little longer.

I suggest buying lottery tickets with winning numbers on them.

All kidding aside, If you need quick cash and own the title of a car that's 10 years old or less, try going online and finding companies who lend you money on a Car Title Loan . In most instances, you can keep your vehicle, you just do a lien Holder thingy with the company who's lending you the money. They own your car until the payments are met.
