And yet the answer remains the same. NO!

The only way Mindy is ENTITLED to any part of the money is if Gloria agreed ahead of time that she would give Mindy half (or anything). They would have had to have a meeting of the minds and an understanding that should Gloria win, they would split the money. Without that understanding Mindy has no claim, even if her money bought it. And before anyone tells me about Post and his girlfriend/landlady, that was a completely different situation.
